CULTURE
01
Decisions belong to the people doing the work
No layers in between: your estimate is the estimate. You don’t have to sell your opinion through three levels of approval.
02
Code outlives the project
We write so another developer can pick it up a year later. Review is a required step, not a formality before the merge.
03
Honest deadlines
You give the estimate, not a manager on your behalf. If the deadline is real, it gets defended in front of the client instead of being covered by overtime.
04
Our own code, not someone else’s templates
No WordPress and no rushed builds. Every project is written from scratch — there is no dull theme-wrangling here.
05
A retro after every release
What worked, what did not, what we will not repeat. No hunt for someone to blame — otherwise there is no point in the retro.
06
Remote, not scattered
A flexible start of the day, transparent process, syncs instead of chats in three messengers.

An application, a short 20–30 minute call, a technical conversation with the team lead or the art director, and a final talk about terms. It usually takes a week to a week and a half. We do not hand out 20-hour test assignments: if we need to see code or mockups, we go through what you have already done.
The team is spread across cities, there is no location requirement. A flexible start of the day, syncs instead of chats in three messengers. What matters is the overlap in working hours, not the address.
The studio is registered in Kazakhstan and works remotely with people in different countries. Payment twice a month; the form of cooperation is agreed in the final conversation — we pick an option that suits both sides.
Send an application anyway, with a portfolio or a link to your code. The team is growing, and we come back to strong applications when a role opens up. We are always glad to hear from full-stack engineers and designers with a well-trained eye.
The studio’s client projects: high-load online stores, custom CRMs, services, AI integrations. Projects change every 1–2 months and there is no legacy swamp — everything is written from scratch, without WordPress or ready-made builds.
