Full-stack Engineer

What you will do

  • Design and build whole systems: from the data schema to the interface

  • Work on high-load e-commerce, custom CRMs and client dashboards

  • Connect payment systems and external services

  • Step outside the web when the task calls for it: a mobile app, a desktop client

  • Take part in estimates and architecture decisions — not receive them ready-made

What we expect

  • 5+ years of commercial development, confident on both sides

  • TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node (Nest.js or similar), PostgreSQL

  • Experience designing a data schema for real load, not for a training project

  • The ability to explain why this solution was chosen over another

  • Readiness to learn an unfamiliar platform when the task requires it

Nice to have

  • React Native, Flutter, Electron or Tauri

  • Experience with queues, caching, query optimisation

  • Work with payment integrations

  • An understanding of how a project lives after deploy

An application, a short 20–30 minute call, a technical conversation with the team lead or the art director, and a final talk about terms. It usually takes a week to a week and a half. We do not hand out 20-hour test assignments: if we need to see code or mockups, we go through what you have already done.

We go through applications within a few days and reply to everyone, rejections included. If a week has passed in silence, write to us directly — it means something got lost.

The team is spread across cities, there is no location requirement. A flexible start of the day, syncs instead of chats in three messengers. What matters is the overlap in working hours, not the address.

The studio is registered in Kazakhstan and works remotely with people in different countries. Payment twice a month; the form of cooperation is agreed in the final conversation.

The studio’s client projects: high-load online stores, custom CRMs, services, AI integrations. Projects change every 1–2 months and there is no legacy swamp — everything is written from scratch, without WordPress or ready-made builds.

The web is the base and most of the work happens there. Mobile apps and desktop show up on projects where the client’s task calls for it — usually a few times a year. We do not expect you to know all of it already; we expect you to be able to work it out and not to be scared of an unfamiliar platform.

Architecture is discussed, not handed down: your estimate of a task is the estimate. Review is mandatory on every change — not as control, but as a way of keeping out of production the things you would regret six months later.
