#BACK TO VACANCIES

Project Manager

STACK: #Управление, #Коммуникация, #Процессы

What you will do

  • Run 3–5 projects at once: deadlines, stages, statuses, acceptance

  • Keep the client informed without being reminded to

  • Collect and record agreements so they can be revisited a month later

  • Break the work down with the team so nobody waits on someone else’s result

  • Spot the risk of a slip a week ahead, not on the delivery day

What we expect

  • 2+ years running projects in development or design — the role itself, not an adjacent one

  • An understanding of what a web project is made of: you can tell a layout tweak from a logic rewrite

  • The ability to say “no” and offer an alternative instead of a flat refusal

  • Precision in record-keeping: everything agreed is written down and available

  • A calm reaction when the client changes their mind mid-stage

Nice to have

  • Experience in a studio or an agency, not only in a product team

  • Work with e-commerce, CRM or complex integrations

  • English at the level of writing to a client abroad

Conditions

  • Remote, with a flexible start of the day

  • Paid twice a month, the range is discussed at the interview

  • Sales and the first conversation with the client are the founder’s — you join when the work starts

  • The process is not inherited: how projects are run is largely yours to shape

FAQ

Answers to the most popular questions

An application, a short 20–30 minute call, a technical conversation with the team lead or the art director, and a final talk about terms. It usually takes a week to a week and a half. We do not hand out 20-hour test assignments: if we need to see code or mockups, we go through what you have already done.

We go through applications within a few days and reply to everyone, rejections included. If a week has passed in silence, write to us directly — it means something got lost.

The team is spread across cities, there is no location requirement. A flexible start of the day, syncs instead of chats in three messengers. What matters is the overlap in working hours, not the address.

The studio is registered in Kazakhstan and works remotely with people in different countries. Payment twice a month; the form of cooperation is agreed in the final conversation.

The studio’s client projects: high-load online stores, custom CRMs, services, AI integrations. Projects change every 1–2 months and there is no legacy swamp — everything is written from scratch, without WordPress or ready-made builds.

No. Sales and the first conversation are the founder’s; you join when the work starts. Your area is deadlines, stages, agreements and communication along the way.

Three to five in the active phase, at different stages: one in design, another in development, a third in acceptance. The way projects are run is largely yours to build — there is no inherited process you have to fit into.
