TELEGRAM MINI APP

  • 10+ projects
  • from 1 week
  • nothing to install

Apps inside Telegram: a store, an account, a booking flow or a service they open in the messenger with nothing to install. Payment, notifications and support in the same window the client is already in.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Three situations where Telegram works better than an app of its own

  • .01

THE AUDIENCE IS ALREADY IN TELEGRAM

A channel, a chat, a list of subscribers — people read you every day. But the buying happens somewhere else: on a link to the site, in a conversation with a manager, through payment details sent in a DM. Every step outside loses some of them. An app inside the messenger removes the step entirely: the post, the button, the catalogue and the payment all happen in one window, with nothing to leave and nothing to install.

  • .02

YOU NEED AN APP, BUT THE STORES ARE NOT AN OPTION

Mobile development costs more, takes longer and runs into App Store and Google Play review — with their rules on payments, subject matter and updates. And above all, somebody still has to be persuaded to install the thing. Inside Telegram there is no installing: a person opens a link and is already using it. Updates ship instantly and to everyone at once, with no waiting on review and no users stranded on an old version.

  • .03

    THE PRODUCT LIVES ON INVITATIONS

Referrals, bonuses, ranks, team mechanics — all of it works where someone can be invited in one tap and where the invitation comes from a friend rather than from an ad. In a messenger the user’s contacts are right there, and the notification lands in the same place they are already chatting. Retention mechanics that need an email campaign on a website are built into the environment here.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

We do not build below this line

  • - Custom design, never a template.01
  • - Telegram sign-in, no registration.02
  • - A catalogue or an account area for the job.03
  • - Payments.04
  • - Notifications through the bot.05
  • - One database shared with the site.06
  • - Admin panel by LUNO.07
  • - Launch on our servers.08
  • THIS IS THE FLOOR, NOT A PACKAGE

Everything listed ships in every project — even the simplest and cheapest one. There are no stripped-down versions.

  • NO REGISTRATION TO GET IN

The user is already signed in — Telegram passes the details when the app opens. No forms, no passwords, no phone confirmation: the path to the first action is shorter than anywhere else.

  • ONE SET OF DATA, NOT TWO SYSTEMS

The app works against the same database and the same admin panel as the site. A product, a price and an order are entered once and look the same everywhere.

WHAT'S INSIDE

  • THE APP CONTINUES THE SYSTEM, IT DOES NOT LIVE APART

We build sites, stores and CRMs — so the app is built on the same database and the same admin panel as everything else. A product, a price, an order, a customer are entered once and look the same everywhere: on the site, in the app, in Telegram. That removes the work which usually eats a budget unnoticed: entering content twice, reconciling by hand, and chasing down the differences between storefronts. If the system already exists and is somebody else’s, we connect to it through its API.

  • THE FORMAT IS CHOSEN FOR THE JOB

A mobile app, a desktop program and Telegram solve different problems, and the difference in price between them is a multiple, not a margin. We are tied to none of the three, so on the first call we work out what is genuinely needed: where an app inside the messenger is enough, where the app stores are unavoidable, and where a mobile site would do the job outright. Selling you the expensive format where the cheap one would do is a bad deal for us too — projects like that do not take off, and we are the ones who end up explaining why.

THE FORMAT IS CHOSEN FOR THE JOB
  • IT KEEPS WORKING WHEN THE SIGNAL DROPS

A phone on the underground, a warehouse with no coverage, a site out of town, a laptop on the road. The app has to carry on alone, accumulate the changes and reconcile them with the server once the network returns — including the case where the data moved in both places meanwhile. This is not a feature bolted on at the end: it goes into the architecture from the start, or everything gets rewritten.

  • LAUNCH AND UPDATES ARE WORK TOO

Publishing to the App Store and Google Play, answering moderation, the signing certificate for Windows and macOS, automatic updates, a server side ready for day-one load — all on us. The accounts and the certificates are registered to you: the app has to be your property, not ours. After that it lives on our infrastructure if you want it to — monitoring, backups, and updates for the new operating system releases that arrive every year whether you asked for them or not.

FAQ

Answers to the most popular questions

From $2.500 for a storefront or an account area to $12.000 and up for a platform with several kinds of user and heavy load. The figure depends on the size of the catalogue, the retention mechanics, the number of payment providers and whether it has to tie into a system you already run. After the first call you get a plan rather than a guess: what makes up the total, and what can wait for a second stage.

A storefront or an account area takes 1–4 weeks. With a referral system, bonuses and several ways to pay, 3–6 weeks. A platform, from 6 weeks. There is no app-store review here, so it goes live as soon as it is ready. We name the deadline before we start and we hold to it.

The main difference is that there is nothing to install: the user opens a link and is already inside. Hence cheaper development, a faster launch, and updates that reach everyone at once. In exchange you reach only the Telegram audience, and some of the phone’s capabilities come with limits. If your clients are in Telegram anyway, that is a trade worth making. If the audience is mixed, or you need the camera, maps or offline work, you need a mobile app.

A bot works in messages and buttons: it is good for simple flows — take a request, grant access, answer a question. The moment a catalogue, filters, a cart, an account area or anything that has to be looked at appears, a conversation becomes the wrong shape. A Mini App is a full interface inside that same chat. Usually the two work together: the app shows, the bot notifies.

Two ways, and often both at once. Through outside payment providers — cards, wallets, local providers, exactly as on a normal site. And through Telegram’s built-in payments, Stars included — there the payment happens without leaving the messenger, but Telegram takes its own cut and limits what can be sold that way. Which suits you is worked out on the first call: it depends on the product, the country and how you take money today.

In ordinary search, no: the app lives inside Telegram and Google does not index it. People arrive by link, from your channel, from the bot, from an ad or on an invitation from another user. So a Mini App almost always works alongside something that brings traffic: a channel, a campaign, a referral mechanic or a website. If being found in search is the actual goal, you need a site.

Then they are not your user — and that is the format’s main limitation, which is better said up front. If part of the audience is not in the messenger, the app is built as an addition to the site rather than a replacement. We put both on one database: the orders, the products and the customers are the same, wherever a person arrived from.

You do. The sources and the rights are handed over with the project — this is not a builder, not a subscription and not a tie to us. The bot and the app are registered to your account. If you ever decide to change contractor, the project leaves with you: we write it so another developer can pick it up.

The app can stay on our infrastructure: monitoring, backups, updates, and further work as you grow. We plan for the load separately: a campaign to a large list brings every user in at the same moment, and that is the most common point at which an unprepared service falls over. The content, the products and the prices you edit yourself from the admin panel.
