A bot works in messages and buttons — enough for simple flows: take a request, answer, grant access. The moment a catalogue, filters, a cart or an account area appears, a conversation becomes the wrong shape and you need a full interface. Yes, that is the usual arrangement. If the system has an API we connect directly. If there is no API but there are exports, we work with those. If there is neither, we say so during discovery rather than halfway through the work.

On our servers, with monitoring and an automatic restart if it fails. It can also be hosted on your side — in which case we hand over the code with instructions for running it. A bot on a personal computer works until the first reboot, so that is not an option we offer.

You do. The sources and the rights are handed over with the project, and the bot is registered to your account. No subscription and no lock-in: it can be moved to a server of your own at any point.

Monitoring sees the failure and restarts the bot automatically. If the problem runs deeper, we deal with it. Behaviour on errors is designed in separately: the bot tells the user something went wrong and alerts an administrator — instead of quietly going silent.

Yes, where it actually solves something. For standard flows an ordinary bot is more reliable and cheaper: it answers predictably. AI is for where the questions come in free form and the answer has to be assembled from your data.
