Clients rarely need "process" for its own sake. They need predictability: when they will see something, when they can change it and when it will work.
1. Brief and estimate
We work out why the site is needed and how you will know it succeeded. The output is a staged estimate and a deadline.
2. Prototype
We assemble the structure without colour or images. This is the cheapest moment to change everything, so we do not rush it.
3. Design
We draw the key screens, agree on the style, then finish the remaining pages and the responsive layouts.
4. Development
We build the markup, wire up the admin panel and integrations. Intermediate results go to a test domain along the way, not at the end.
5. Launch and support
We move to the live domain, run the checklist, hand over access and a short manual. Then a month of free fixes.
Timelines depend on scope: a landing usually takes 2–3 weeks, an online store starts at six weeks.
